• Active, Ability and Willingness to Learn is a must
• Interested in Microfinance Industry
• Good Communication Skill
• Strong Problem Solving Skill

Job Descriptions

• Receive orientation training
• Learn On-Job-Training
• Support in Loan Collecting Process & Loan Documentation Process
• Perform to meet Objectives set by Program Facilitator

• Program facilitator (Branch Manager)
