Be a legal representative of the Company to sign loan contract with customer.
Keep branch manager informed and well understanding of competitive or market situation, and capable to make recommend for business operational expansion to new market areas.
Leading loan officers in promoting and selling VITHEY’s products to clients, markets or communities to achieve the target plan of each loan officers as well as target plan of the branch.
To ensure that all loan officers are capable to deliver training on company products, policies and other related topic to clients at communities.
Support loan officers in completing loan document and review all loan applications. Hence conduct re-assessment to validate data collection and quality of loan appraisal of each loan officers than make recommendation or approve the loan based on discretionary power.
To ensure that regularly monitoring and reviewing of loans are properly done to identify early warning of loans that may lead to default, appropriate actions are taken on time and default clients are closely followed up.
To keep good relationship with staffs, local authorities and other stakeholders.
Perform other tasks as assigned by manager.
Qualification:
Bachelor degree in business accounting/administration or any related diploma/certificate in business accounting/administration.
Minimum 1 years of working experience in related field.
Problem solving skill and negotiation skill.
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within an organization.
Computer literate.
Good at English Language.
