IT Assistant

Responsibilities:

• To provide technical support, helpdesk support both hardware and software to end users.
• Software & System installation and maintenance.
• Maintaining existing software and hardware and upgrading any that have become obsolete.
• Install configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, anti-virus, printer, scanner and camera security.
• To assist and efficiency service to users in using computers and ICT equipment and communication equipment, understanding policies and guidelines.
• Other related tasks of IT department.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or related fields.
• At least1 year working experience with helpdesk support or computer networking.
• Knowledge in computer hardware, software installation, configuration and maintenance.
• Knowledge of computer application (LAN/WAN).
• Quick learner and able to learn.
• Ability to communicate in English.
